As stated by Amazon that “If you have an eligible Prime membership, you can upgrade your Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card to earn 5% back on Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market purchases” which suggests that if you’re eligible and upgrade you can get 5% back on purchases on specific platforms, another thing that they mentioned is you can check if you’re already getting 5% back in this case you don’t have to upgrade, however, if I were to speak for myself I never have tried this but if Amazon itself is saying, it is possible.
