You can link your bank account to amazon pay by clicking Account Info after gliding your cursor over the Settings tab in seller central. Click Deposit Methods. Replacing the deposit method for Amazon Pay (or click Assign if there is no bank account already associated). Click Use a new bank account to open a new account, or select an existing one.
