    There would be two reasons due to which your product is in reserved status: The first is due to the customer’s order and the second is due to the FC transfer. If the customer has placed the order, you can cancel the order to move your inventory back into the account. Your inventory is in FC transfer, which means that your inventory is under investigation. Amazon is investigating your product dimensions, weight, etc., so you can’t move your inventory from reserved to active. When this process from Amazon’s side is completed, it will automatically add your products to the inventory.
