In this way, Amazon will allow you to list the product with the same asin and brand name Danta and you will not get the 5261 error if you use the brand name Danta. But if marketplaces require approval for the categories then provide the required information then amazon will approve the product category. In this way, you can sell globally with the same brand name and can list the product with the same asins without enrolling the brand in EU marketplace.
