There are a few different ways you can contact Amazon for a refund:
Go to the “Your Orders” page in your Amazon account, and find the order you want a refund for. Then click the “Problem with order” button and follow the prompts to request a refund.
Contact Amazon customer service by phone or chat. You can find the phone number or chat option on the “Contact Us” page on Amazon’s website.
If you paid for your order with a credit card, you can also try contacting the bank or credit card company that issued the card to request a chargeback.
