    Sign in to your Amazon seller account.
    Go to the “Account Info” page.
    Click on the “Global Seller Identity Verification” link. Select the “Appeal” option.
    To finish the appeal process, simply follow the prompts.
    You will be required to provide additional information or documentation to support your identity verification in the appeal. Amazon may also require you to go through additional identity verification steps. Amazon will review your case and make a decision once you have submitted your appeal. If your appeal is successful, the status of your identity verification will be changed to “Verified.” If your appeal is denied, you must restart the verification process.
