Individual Pack: In the individual pack, you will be able to ship different products in one single box, and if you have more than 1 box with different dimensions and different numbers of units you will go with the individual pack
Case Pack: If you have multiple boxes with similar dimensions and the same number of units in each box and all units are of 1 product or belong to 1 SKU then you will select case pack.
