Kallis, I’ve heard that in order to claim VAT in Italy, you must spend at least €154.94 at a single store; otherwise, you are not eligible for a VAT refund. Remember that this minimum applies to each shop, not to the total of your purchases throughout the trip. So, if your business customer has purchased something from you for more than €154.94, then he can apply for the refund.
