amazon sent me the wrong item now what to do ?

    I have placed an order but amazon send me the wrong item now what to do? should i apply for refund or apply for replacement ? if i apply the replacement will amazon ship the correct item to me ?

      Yeah, you can apply for a refund and tell them with pics that the product is not what you order and send them back.

      I think Stella you should go for the refund and after payment celarance buy again the exact product. Do no use the replacement, it is possible that amazon will replacement the unit of the same item that you have got.

      you can ask for refund by showing product pictures and screen shot of the order you have placed, also you can return the item as well.
