Can a seller restrict Amazon to not refund shipping charges to buyer?

    Can a seller restrict Amazon to not refund shipping charges to buyer in any case if buyer applies for refund?

      No, Amazon will not be restricted by the seller and will refund the shipping charges to the buyer and the sale price. But in FBM, you can restrict the shipping charges

      Amazon will not get restricted by seller, as it is part of the policy and seller have no authority over that, so it is out of question for an FBA seller, however for FBM seller the control is in sellers hand they can do this but may result in a A-Z guarantee claim.

      No, the sellers can not restrict the customers if the issue is from your side then you have to pay the full amount to the buyer for the product and for shipping as well if damaged by amazon then you can get your money back from amazon.
