I want to know can i chat with amazon online? if yes than is online chat option available for all marketplace or any specific marketplace ?

  As far as the information I got, it seems like there used to be a chat box to live chat with the Amazon representative, but they have removed it a while ago, so now the only option is to either go with logging the case and having things sorted via text or you can go with a live call as well.

  It used to have a window for live chat a while ago but now they have converted it to Case Log and live call.

  They had the option for the live chat but now they have removed it. Now the only option is to either go with logging the case and having things sorted via tax question and text or you can go with a live call as well.

  Yes you can chat with amazon seller support live, through the case log but this is only available in some specific countries in Europe, and there is a specific time in which you can chat with the seller support, while creating the case you will get the option to call or chat, the time will also mention there on which you can chat with amazon.

  There’s no any way for live chat with amazon but we can create case with amazon by email or through call.

  No, currently there is no option for live chat with amazon in the USA marketplace if you are selling in the UK marketplace there is the option for the live chat.

  They just revoked the Chat option from seller central. the only available way is to reach them via case log or call.
