As per Amazon policy each Amazon seller account must have a unique email address. Amazon does not allow multiple seller accounts using the same email address.
Doing so is against Amazon’s policy. Try contacting Amazon Support directly to discuss whether merging accounts would work for you. Also, note that you cannot have two accounts with the same e-mail address.
