Yes, it is possible to send two variation products in one case pack shipment to Amazon, as long as they meet the requirements for Amazon’s case pack policy.
Amazon’s case pack policy requires that products be packed in cases that are the appropriate size and weight for the product, with a limit of up to 150 units per case. Additionally, products within a case must be identical, with the same ASIN, color, and size. -
Yes, it is possible to do, but make sure that the number of items is the same and the items are not mixed.

The quantity must be the same and you can send the variant in the case pack.

Yes, you can use a case pack template but make sure your SKUs are not mixed like if you put everything in one box with multiple SKUs or with different boxes but products mixed in each box then you can use individual.

I believe it is possible, but remember to make sure you do not mix up the items and that their number is the same.

The product variations will have different ASIN’s and Different SKUs, so it is best to send them in separate boxes if you are using case pack templates

In my point of view you can’t pack both variations in 1 case pack because they have different ASINs, as Amazon requirements in 1 case pack all the units must have same ASIN. If you want to send 2 variations in one box then you can use individual pack to send your inventory.
