    Can I send a replacement to a customer without amazon channel? Like if I have my own physical store in the country also/?

      Hi Jacob, It is never a good idea to send a replacement item because Amazon is not set up to handle it and the replacement cannot be acknowledged.

      No, you cannot do without an amazon channel.

      If you send the replacement without Amazon channel so it would not be noted into Amazon record and buyer can again apply for the replacment on Amazon. So, best option would be to send replacement by using Amazon.

      Without the Amazon channel, the replacement will not be noted in the Amazon record, so the buyer will have to reapply for the replacement. Amazon is the best option for sending a replacement.

      Amazon is not set up to handle replacements and the replacement cannot be acknowledged, so it is never a good idea to send one.
