in contextual targeting you can target specifically ASIN’s and Categories and in audience you can target your specific audience relevant to your product or Neche.

Amazon has changed “Product targeting” into “Contextual targeting,” allowing advertisers to reach more audiences through both on and off-Amazon stores, so more customers reach your product through the strategies you have used in your campaign.

On the other hand, “Audience” helps you target an audience that has bought products like yours both on and off-Amazon.

In Audience you only target audience which you want to see your ads and which is related to your product, and in Contextual targeting you target the ASIN and the category.

In Sponsored Display Audiences, you can target your specific audience relevant to your product or niche and in Contextual Targeting, you can target more and more audiences on and off Amazon on a broader level to increase visibility.
