    If a seller is working on affiliate marketing then will Amazon allow incoming traffic from platform which is running monetization ?

      Yeah, you can throw traffic from other platforms to Amazon like you can throw traffic from YouTube by adding attribution or affiliation links in the description, and your channel is also monetized and generates revenue from YouTube monetization.
