  Yes, You can open a case with amazon and give the bill of landing then amazon refund you your funds.

  Yes, Amazon will refund you’ll have to provide the documentation to them to prove that you have sent this many units, the costs were this much, etc.

  Amazon can refund you, in only case amazon have lost the stock, amazon will ask you some documentation you have to provide those and apply for the refund.

  Yes, If you have the proper information on the documents then you can open a reimbursement case to get back your funds Amazon will do an inquiry, and then if Amazon convince of your proofs then they will pay you back

  Just because stock gets lost by Amazon so definitely Amazon will be responsible for it and it will refund the funds for sure.
