  Yes, amazon refunds the full payment to the customers including item price and shipping, and charges from your seller central account.

  Yes, if the buyer claims for an A-Z guarantee claim then shipping charges will also be refunded to the customer.

  If a buyer applies for a A-Z guarantee claim then Amazon will be refunding the total amount paid by the buyer, that includes, tax, shipping, product cost, etc.
