You can contact the brand owner through Amazon and also when someone files claims against you then Amazon will send you the details of the Rights Owner as well and you can contact them from there.

Amazon will notify you via email of the intellectual property violation. In that email, the name and email of the right owner are written. You can contact the right owner through that email, but in most cases, the right owner won’t reply to you. So, you have to try the “appeal” to activate your product.
