To identify Amazon Global Store orders in the order report, you can look for the “Ship Country” column in the report. Global Store orders will have a different country listed in this column than orders that are fulfilled domestically.
Here are the steps to view the Ship Country column in your order report:
Go to your Seller Central account and click on “Reports” in the top navigation menu.
Under “Sales,” click on “Orders Report.”
Select the date range you want to view and click “Request Report.”
Once the report is generated, click on the “Download” button to download the report in a CSV or TXT format.
Open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Look for the “Ship Country” column in the report. This column will show the country where the order was shipped to.
If the Ship Country column shows a country other than the country where your products are fulfilled, then it is likely that the order is an Amazon Global Store order.
