How can I list product after taking exemption in Kitchen category?

If there is an error to list product after taking exemption in this category then you can create case to amazon and ask them that you have taken the Exemption in this category then why amazon didn’t allowing us to create listing.

Take GTIN exemption in any other category and create a listing in that category. After creating a listing, change the category to Kitchen, and in this way, your product will be listed in the kitchen category without any UPC error.

After getting the exemption in the kitchen category, amazon will not require the UPC to list the products.

Maybe you are trying to list products that didn’t fall in the kitchen category. Usually, if Amazon gives you an exemption then they don’t need any UPC.

Kallis, you have to wait 24 to 48 hours after getting the GTIN exemption to list products. I had the same problem; when I contacted Amazon, they said I was eligible for GTIN exemption.When listing your product, you must use the exact same brand name that you used when applying for the GTIN exemption, and you must list the product after 48 hours.

Amazon will no longer require the UPC to list the products once it receives the exemption in the kitchen category.
