First of all, go to seller central choose the product which you want to change the product type then go to that product backend and from product identity, choose Item Type Keyword, and then select your category after 15 min your category will change if not then create a case with amazon and solve this problem.

You can change it from the backend of the listing, once you have open the backend of any listing for which you want to change the product type, go to the vital info tab, here you will see the item type, or if it don’t change from here you can create the case with amazon, and while creating case you select the exact category you want for your product, after sometime you will get the mail that you category is approved.
