Amazon bidding is an auction-based system that enables sellers to place bids on certain products or keywords in an effort to display their advertisements to potential customers. A bid is paid for by an advertiser when a customer clicks on one of their ads. Advertising with a cost per click (CPC) model is what this is.
1.Buyers enter search phrases into the search field and browse the pages of search results that are based on the keywords chosen by sellers.
2.A seller’s bid, the relevance of their offering, and the standard of their product listing are the main factors that determine whether they will win the keyword.
3.If you place the highest bid during the bidding auction, Amazon’s PPC algorithm will utilize a Second-Price Auction, which will cause your winning bid to be less than your initial price.
