    How does bank ensure if buyer is on right while claiming chargeback dispute?

      The bank will review the details of the dispute, including the reason for the chargeback and any evidence provided by the buyer. The bank will also review the seller’s response to the dispute.

      The buyer contacts the bank for that and the bank asks Amazon to give that claim back so Amazon asks the seller to provide or appeal that case. Then they look into it in detail and then if they found the seller guilty so they give a chargeback claim to the buyer.
