If I receive a violation then how long the record of the violation will remain on the account health page?

  You resolve it according to the amazon recommendations then it will remove in one week other if there is some severe violation then it can take up to 3 months.

  Amazon may remove violations from your account health tab dashboard but violations stay for more than 3 months and if you violate those policies again within the given 3 months, this will lead your account to suspension.

  It almost remains 180 days on the account if your appeal is not accepted. When your appeal is accepted, it is removed from the account.
