Under performance/Voice of the customer, I can see my NCX comments under details.
How can I respond to those customers? When I look for their order id, under returns, there are no comments listed with their return. Only in the ncx box.

No, you can not respond to those customers, You can only see the messages and take possible action by your listing the things that need to improve.

No, you can not respond to NCX comments but you can improve your NCX rate means if you get any bad reviews on the listing or your return rate has to increase you can check the comments on why customers post bad reviews so you can improve the issue.

I do agree with all the members, we can see the messages and take possible actions rather than response to NCX comments.

Although there is no direct way of responding since you have the comment and their order ids, you can contact them and respond to them in that manner, you can specifically ask them what went wrong, how you can help them, etc. ultimately for the greater good, you can even provide them an additional unit with refunding them in full, this can be a building block for your brand and customer base.

No, you are unable to respond to such clients. All you can do is study their messages, and if necessary, improve the quality of your products using what you understand from customers messages.

You cannot respond to the NCX comments, these are just for your information so that you could improve your product according to these comments.

Amazon only provides a reason for our return in the NCX comments, which cannot be edited or to which responses that cannot be made.

No, you cannot reply to such customers. All you can do is view their communications and, if necessary, respond by outlining the improvements that need to be made.

You can’t respond to this type of customer. you can only improve your NCX by viewing what is the reason behind it, improve it for future you can’t face NCX comments.

You cannot reply to NCX comments, but you can raise your NCX score and look at the reasons why people leave negative reviews so you can fix the problem.
