If you want to add all products to the campaign simply add the ASINs list while creating a campaign but if you just want to run an ad on the parent listing then add Parent ASIN and run add.

Hi Stella, You can run a single campaign and target all the Asins for each variation in this campaign; this will be beneficial at first and produce positive results. To target all the variations in one campaign, when you are setting the campaign and adding the product then add all the variant products in that campaign.
