Do analysis on the listing, and optimize it first, once you are done with all of this create campaigns while targeting those asin on which you are not getting sales. you can target them separately or collectively. but it is recommended to target them separately.

Run PPC on all variations and after some time do your analysis on the basis of PPC stats. Pause Amazon ads for those variations which gave poor results.
-
First, analyze the listing, then optimize it. After that, create campaigns targeting ASINs that do not generate sales.
-
For these ASINs look at those competitors’ ASINs that have the same color or variation and have a greater price than your ASINs and target them in a PPC campaign.
-
There could be many reasons of not getting the sales for other variation may customer don’t like the size or color, or you can optimize your campaign by targeting your affected Asins.

Do some competitor analysis and see if your price is competitive enough as the competitors are offering, in your situation I guess maybe your price is a little more than the rest.
