    I got the email from amazon that my account is on at risk of deactivation due to the high order defect rate right now my ODR is 2.04% but the targeted ODR is 1% so what should i do now ?

      you must fulfill the requirements that amazon is requiring for correcting you account issues. you must resolve 100% from your side.

      If your order defect rate is high, it means you should work on your product quality and packaging. Check the feedback on your product from Voice of the Customer and find out why your ODR is going high. Then try to overcome this issue. If you have the appeal option, then appeal to Amazon that this type of mistake will not happen in the future, and try to get more sales. In this way, you can improve your ODR.

      If you have received such an email then first thing is to identify the reason for which you can check Account Health and you’ll get the reason for why you have faced this issue. Some of the common reasons could be High ODR, any policy violation, or a claim from the competitor.
