I have received Policy Violations that I have tried to get reviews but we haven’t take reviews. Can I appeal amazon that I have taken that type of actions???

If you have proper proof to back it up then you can say that you have not done this, otherwise accept that you have done it and then you have taken steps to resolve and will no do it in future.

You have to contact with seller support through case log or call them and let them know that we have not get any reviews and if amazon accept it it will better other wise you have to go with the proper plan of action that this will not happen again in future.

You should create a case with Amazon or call them and explain that we haven’t received any reviews. If Amazon accepts it and resolves the issue, then that’s the best way to proceed; otherwise, you need to submit an appeal and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

If you have received policy violation and you do not have proper proof regarding that you have not done that then it is better to accept and appeal the Amazon with proper plan of action that you will not do that in future and try to resolve the issue

Create an appeal to amazon from the account health bar, define the issue, and back up with proof. illustrate the amazon policies and tell them you follow them all.

The violation can be removed by contacting Amazon if you have proper evidence.

If you can demonstrate that you did not do it, you can dispute it and then tell Amazon Support; they might be able to take it off at some point.
