  No, you cannot run a custom deal.

  There is one way to run a custom deal yourself but for this you have to contact the agents for it which will charge you a fee for recommeding deal and then you can do it so.

  No it is not possible to run deals by yourself it totally depends on the deals recommended by Amazon.
