To sell medical products which can cause danger to life you will require a lot of certificates, if you are selling the product by providing authenticated certificates and are authorized then there will be no responsibility on you.
-
This entirely depends if the consumer died because of your product or not, suppose your product contains a certain ingredient that caused the death of the consumer you’ll be responsible no matter what documents you have if you’re verified or not, another thing is that people can simply blame your brand for the death, there can be different situations that can occur.

You will not be responsible for someone’s death because Amazon assures the product quality before listing on Amazon in terms of proper certifications.
-
Amazon will not allow you to sell the medical product without proper investigation and certification, once amazon is satisfied with everything then amazon will allow you to sell the medical product, so you are not responsible if someone die after having that medicine that you are selling.
-
You are not responsible, because you are selling the product after getting all the approval from amazon.
-
No, you are not responsible because you provided all those documents to Amazon before you started selling.
-
Amazon received all those documents before you started selling, so you’re not responsible.
-
You are not at fault because you are selling the product after receiving Amazon’s full clearance.
