Most of the time, canceling the FBA orders doesn’t work for sellers. But, in some cases, it can be possible by calling Amazon seller support and asking them to cancel the FBA orders.

Yes, it is possible to cancel the order if it’s not shipped yet.

You cannot do it yourself, the customer has the right to cancel but as a seller, you cannot do it, as mister Jason mentioned you can approach seller support and ask them to cancel the order but doing it on your own isn’t possible.

As a seller, you cannot cancel an order that has not yet been shipped. You can cancel an order that has already been shipped, but not one that hasn’t yet been shipped.

As such, the seller can’t cancel the pending orders by themselves; they have to contact Amazon to cancel these orders, or you can contact the customer to cancel the order. Or, in another case, you can “strand” your inventory; in this way, Amazon will automatically cancel your orders due to your stranded inventory.

No, you can not cancel the pending order and the buyer stays in pending status until the buyer cancels the order if you want to cancel then you have to contact Amazon seller support.
