My listing backend is blocked for wrong category, how do i get it right?

if your listing backend is blocked then either you can try with the inventory file or you can do case with Amazon and the support will guide you about resolving the issue.

If your listing backend is blocked for being in the wrong category, you will need to make changes to the category selected in your listing. At the backend select the appropriate category for your product and subcategory if applicable.

You can create a case with Amazon support for that and also you can change it with troubleshooting.

You can resolve this issue by updating the category of the product through the flat file. If you still facing the same error then contact to amazon seller support and ask them to change the category of the product.

If you are a Brand Registered Seller then it will be a lot easier for you to resolve this issue as Amazon pretty much backed the sellers with Brand Registered Accounts. If your listing backend is blocked for the wrong category then you should try using an inventory file or contact amazon seller support and ask them to change the category of the product.

You have to open a case with Amazon and you have to tell them the issue with your latest category placement.
