I have launched a new product and want to run a prime exclusive discount, will Amazon allow me to run a prime exclusive discount

  Yes, you can run a prime exclusive discount if you have at least a 3.5-star rating or no rating but if you run a prime discount then you must have a maximum 4-star rating on your product.

  To run prime exclusive discount, now you must have a reference price for that product, other than the rating there must be some sales in past 30 days

  Yes you can run a Prime Exclusive discount on newly products, as long as you have at least a 3.5 star rating or no rating at all.
