Should a seller create a new shipment if the prior one is deleted if half of stock has been received and half is in receiving?

First, the thing I would like to mention is when stock is in receiving status there is no way you can delete it, and if you have deleted it and then shipped the stock Amazon will not accept it, you can create a shipment and resend the stock in that case with new labels, etc

The seller can’t delete the shipment if half of the stock has been received so, there’s no way to create a new shipment.

As long as half of the stock has been received, the seller will not be able to delete the shipment. Consequently, it will not be possible to create a new shipment.

If the stock is in receiving status, then the shipment cannot be deleted.

On Amazon Seller Central there is no way to delete the shipment while receiving the stock.
