    What are the steps involved in converting a word trademark into a design trademark? How can I proceed with this conversion?

    I currently have a word trademark for my brand but would like to explore converting it into a design trademark. I’m unsure about the process for this conversion.

      For this Jacob, you have to apply for the new design trademark, consult with the attorneys for this, design a logo that will represent your brand, make sure that logo will not infringe someone else’s logo, and then again apply for the trademark.
