What does error code 5461 means?

I am trying to list my product on amazon but when I click on save and finish the error code 5461 appears.

  When you try to sell a product on Amazon, Amazon error code 5461 appears, and it is caused by either a faulty UPC code or the fact that the UPC code you are trying to put in has already been used by someone else.
