What steps should you take if you want to file an Intellectual Property (IP) complaint on Amazon to address the unauthorized sale of your product by another seller?

The first and foremost thing would be for you to get IP rights, which would be secured by filing a trademark, if you already have that then a brand registry would be the next step, if you have both things then you can simply go to brand registry case log and file an IP complaint against the person who’s selling your product.

For that you must have to be a Brand registered seller then is someone tries to hijack your listing or try to sell your brand-named product on his store then you can apply for an IP infringement case in the brand registry.

If you have trademark for a specific keyword or you have a design patent and someone is selling your product and also you are a brand registered seller, then you will have to go to brand registry case log and file a case for intellectual propery and provide Amazon with relevant information.
