It is obvious, that if you have the traffic you will have a conversion, which means more traffic is equal more conversion overall, first you have to work on getting traffic and then you have to optimize your product for more conversions.

No doubt for sale growth conversion is the most important thing, but you are not getting good traffic how it is possible to have good conversion, first of all you have to work to generate the traffic on the listing, but to convert that traffic into good sales you have to optimize you listing at best level.
