FBA is Fulfilment by Amazon and MCF is Multi-channel Fulfilment. Basically MCF is the part from the FBA Platform.

The MCF is part of the FBA plateform, there is simply one basic difference, once you talk about FBA it is that your items are shipped for orders you receive on Amazon, in MCF you send your items to customers outside the Amazon using inventory stored on Amazon.

FBA is an abbreviation for “Fulfillment by Amazon.” In FBA, we send our stock to the Amazon warehouse, and Amazon will fulfill our orders if we get any on Amazon. In MCF (Multi-channel Fulfillment), when we sell a product on another platform, such as our own website or Shopify, and the same product is sold on Amazon as FBA, it means that this product has stock in the Amazon warehouse. So when you get an order on your personal website, you can fulfill this order through the FBA inventory using the MCF feature.

FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) enables sellers to deliver products to an Amazon warehouse and have Amazon ship their customer’s orders.
Amazon MCF is an FBA feature that allows you to use the FBA service to fulfill orders from sales platforms other than Amazon. For example, you receive an order from eBay that you send to Amazon to pick up and ship from one of its fulfillment centers.
