The main difference would be that you’ll be able to look for a product with multiple sellers for the whole sale, while in the case of private labels, you’ll check that major listings are sold by a brand and have almost the same design language, reset for both can be same, such as low reviews, high revenue, high price, good sales, etc.

The main goal of Amazon product research is to identify “winning” products, or those that may bring in a lot of revenue, by examining current market trends.
The goal is to look for products that you can get for a bargain and then sell for a profitably competitive price.
Take notice of the ideas given below so that you can use them to assist your decision-making for your business.
      high demand lightweight items
      greater profit margins
      small items
Products with little competition and opportunities for improvement
      minor seasonality
      No legal issues
      Products above $18

In both, most of the factors are the same for both we look for products that have high demand and give us a good profit margin but in wholesale, we look for the specific product of the brand that is hot selling and already many other sellers are selling on it.
