The main requirement for the brand registry is a trademark either in process or approved trademark. Once you have a trademark, you will need to have product packaging images with your logo (The one for which you have a trademark) printed on the packaging then you can apply for brand registry on Amazon.

When applying for a brand registry on Amazon seller central, you must have a product or packaging image with a permanently affixed brand name and submit the images to Amazon.
