What is the process to update the available Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) units in my Amazon Seller Central listing?

I recently received new stock for my products and need to update the available units on my Amazon listing. Since I fulfill orders myself, it’s essential to accurately reflect the available inventory for Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM).
