I am a seller on Amazon and have received a notice from Amazon that one of my listings violates their policies. Specifically, Amazon has notified me that my product listing contains inaccurate information regarding the product’s features and benefits, which is in violation of their policy on product detail page rules. I am concerned about the impact this may have on my account and sales, and I want to know what steps I should take next. What should I do if I receive a notice of an Amazon policy violation

Try to sort the issue that is mentioned in that violation notification, if still has not changed then you have to create a case for that and let Amazon know what they want and make your listing active provide all required documentation if needed.

This could have been caused by the NCX, you may have a lot of return that state your product listing has inaccurate information, and don’t fit or isn’t compatible with their system due to that, you can simply sort this by checking your product details and making sure that everything is accurate, as this can end in your listing being blocked, although currently, your sales may not have any impact or even account may not have any effect, though you sort it as soon as possible.

To address a notice of an Amazon policy violation, carefully review the notice, take prompt action, identify the cause, appeal if necessary, and prevent future violations.

The policy violation has different impacts sometimes your listing is deactivated, some times your product detail page is removed, this violation can be the result of a large number of customer returns of a high number of NCX orders which may be raising the issue of inaccurate product information on listing detail page. The violation can simply be responded by changing in your listing or submitting any information required.

Try to resolve the issue mentioned in that violation notification, if it still doesn’t change, create a case and tell Amazon what they need and make your listing active. Provide all requested documentation if necessary.
