I have used Amazon Sell Globally and Created Listings in 3 different Regions. Will I have to pay a separate Subscription Fee for each Region?

  No, you don’t have to pay for each region Separately. you just have to pay subscription fees corresponding to the marketplace where you initially registered to sell. You will not be charged additional subscription fees if you decide to sell on Amazon.ca., Amazon.com.mx.
