What will happen to rejected items in the trade-in program?

  Items that are rejected will not be paid for by you and will be sent back to you.

  If Amazon decides to dispose of Undeliverable or Counterfeit things in their sole discretion Extra, Damaged, or Incomplete items, then items that do not match the Product Condition Criteria or are otherwise unsatisfactory for any of the reasons specified below will be rejected.
  Remove, accept, or return incorrect trade-in items
  If the quantity of Rejected Things Amazon receives from you exceeds a threshold that Amazon determines in their sole discretion, Amazon may decide not to return items to you.

  Rejected items will be shipped back to you without payment from you.

  If your product is rejected by amazon then amazon will send it back to you or they will dispose of that inventory.
