If your account is showing a negative balance it means your spending is getting high or you have getting returns or any other account problem and you can fix this with more sales.

It means your expenses are higher than the sales, you have to get more conversion to make it positive.

In exceptional cases, there may have been enough things shipped during a previous month for which you were previously paid, returned, or refunded during the current month, causing the amount you owe us to exceed your commission earnings for the current month. A negative balance results from this.

Your payment is in the negative because your spending is higher than the sales balance. Amazon will detect this negative balance from your current balance when you receive sales.

You are spending more then what you’re getting in returns. You need to get more sales in order to make your account balance in plus numbers.
