Why is the warehouse not accepting the shipment and stating it’s not possible

    Why is the warehouse not accepting the shipment and stating that they do not receive deliveries at that address? What should I do in such a situation?

    I encountered an issue when trying to send a shipment to an Amazon warehouse, as they claim not to receive deliveries at that specific address.

      Jacob, Are you sure you have sent your inventory to Amazon’s given address? If you have sent on same address then contact Amazon’s seller support to solve this issue.

      Jacob, Please check the “Ship-to” address from the shipment that you have created, and then make sure that you have sent the stock to that particular warehouse. Maybe you sent the stock to the wrong warehouse, which is why Amazon is not accepting the shipment.
