According to my research, if we did aggressive bidding at the start and we didn’t get any orders, and after some days, when we had spent a lot of money, we reduced our bids, our campaign stopped working because the Amazon system sees that other sellers are with higher bids and this seller has lowered its bids, so Amazon definitely shows other sellers’ products.
I will suggest you first go with low bidding and then slowly increase your bids because Amazon’s system sees that you are increasing your bid, so you have a chance that Amazon will show your product to those customers who will definitely buy your product.
But, it depends on product to product. In some cases, aggressive bidding would be beneficial because your product has high demand and potential, and you see that sellers with low reviews are getting good sales, so you can go with high bidding and will get good sales.

In my opinion, you should go with low bids and gradually optimize your bids according to the results.

Yes aggressive PPC is recommended for a new product launch, as in the start new ASIN does not have any sales history, so the amazon algorithm shows your product according to your targeting and keywords that you have used in your listing. To start, you should go for aggressive PPC as in this way you can build a sales history and the amazon algorithm will have enough data to show your product according to your sales history.

I will not recommend to go with aggressive PPC for a new product because if you set the high bids on keywords you will not get any experience in which bids you have to get the order if you set the high bids maybe you will just get the spend, not any orders.

If you are going to launch new product so I will recommend you to run the PPC campaigns you have to go with the low bids that amazon have suggested you on the keywords you are going to target and don’t go with the high bids.

Yes you can go for the aggressive bids in the start, as you are new amazon also give you chance on different keywords, try to get good positions with aggressive bids and if the detail page and the product is good, you got the impressions and clicks from there and it will convert and it might can give you good reviews, and once you have got some reviews on the listing, reduce the bids slowly.

Well, it depends on your budget, going aggressive will definitely get you results more quickly than usual. So I suggest running aggressive PPC is a good technique for ranking organically and more quickly.
